Chef tossing noodles over a flaming wok

A gastronomic journey through Pan Asia

Lee's Cottage

Modern dishes, traditional techniques and the finest ingredients — cooked fresh in Chelmondiston, every night but Tuesday.

Meet the Head Chef

Garnett

"Twenty years at the wok and I still taste every sauce before it leaves my kitchen."

For two decades Garnett has perfected the dishes our regulars come back for — the crackle of salt & chilli, the depth of a black bean sauce, the patience of a properly roasted duck. Every order is cooked to order, by hand.

20Years of Experience

Our Story in Three Chapters

I

The Fire

Every dish begins the same way — a seasoned wok, a roaring flame, and seconds that matter. That breath of the wok is something no shortcut can copy.

II

The Craft

Traditional techniques passed down and refined: hand-folded won tons, slow-roasted duck, sauces built from scratch each day.

III

Your Table

From crispy aromatic duck to a Friday-night Singapore chow mein, it all ends up warm on your table here in the Shotley peninsula.
